Dalian Korean International School: Highlights of the Second Semester

The second semester at Dalian Korean International School began on August 22, bringing lively energy back to campus as students filled the classrooms with joy after the summer break.

During the vacation, the school underwent several improvements, including window replacement and cleaning projects on the building’s walls, as well as maintenance of the school monument. In particular, a large-scale renovation of the kindergarten playground is underway, and everyone looks forward to seeing kindergarteners enjoy the brand-new facilities once the work is completed.

★ On August 28, health check-ups were conducted for students in Grades 1, 4, and 10.

★ From August 28 to 31, several students from Grades 10 and 11 participated in an international exchange program with Garam High School in Korea, gaining meaningful cultural and academic experiences.

★ Beginning September 1, the school also launched its after-school programs and self-directed learning sessions. These initiatives aim to help students pursue their goals with diligence and dedication.

★ The Student Leadership Training Camp was held on September 5, where class presidents, vice presidents, and student council members strengthened their commitment to serving their peers.

★ On September 9, the school hosted its annual Art Exhibition, showcasing the creativity and artistic talent of students.

★ Looking ahead, the campus is filled with excitement for the upcoming Music Festival on September 11, which promises to fill the school with beautiful and inspiring performances.

The new semester has already begun with energy, creativity, and dedication, setting the stage for a vibrant school year ahead.
